Youth Camp 2026

CAMP INFORMATION:

  • DATES: Friday May 15th to Monday May 18th 2026 (4 days and 3 nights)
  • WHERE: Medeba Camp Site | 1270 Kennisis Lake Rd, West Guilford, ON K0M 2S0
  • Start Time: 8pm on Friday
  • End Time: 12pm on Monday
  • SPEAKERS: Marco Soto, Jessica Loja & Nahum Fernandez
    • We’re excited to share our speakers for camp. Marco and Jessica are a married couple that do a lot of great missions work and have a ton of experience with youth. I’ll be working with them to plan specific workshops that can edify the guys and girls in their own specific workshops. It’s going to be great!
  • COST: $275 Per Person
  • WHO CAN COME:
    • Youth: High School Students (Can be going to Grade 9 in Sept 2026)
    • Young Adults: 18 to 35
    • Please do not sign up anyone who is too young or too old! If you’re doubting someone, then they are most likely a no! We do our best in providing age/gender related workshops, it helps us respect where everyone is coming from.
  • TRANSPORTATION (Optional): $30 Per Person
    • We will be renting out large school buses which will be taking youth & young adults from the Emanuel church to the campsite and back to Emanuel. This is optional, you can arrange transportation privately with your youth, or they can arrange it themselves.
  • REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sunday April 12th 2026 (Payment & Final Number required)
  • FORMS: See attached (Must be filled by everyone)
  • (1) LEADER REQUIRED PER CHURCH GROUP IF MORE THAN (10) SIGN UP:
    • As always, we have supervisors and chaperones that accompany us, however, I’m going to ask that if your church can bring their own supervisor, that would be great. If you have more than 10 youth/young adults, it is mandatory to account for (1) supervisor/leader to come.

It is MANDATORY to register by April 12th:

  • By April 12th, we need leaders to return the attached CampSignUpSheet with participant and supervisor information
  • Payment (E-transfer is preferred, but we can arrange for cash/cheque)
    • You may e-transfer me directly at nahumfer@gmail.com
    • Remember it is $275 per person (Participant or Supervisor)
    • Transportation from/to Emanuel Church is $30

Remember! Youth camp is a place to detox from the world, focus exclusively on God, all the while bonding with brothers/sisters in the faith. It’s an incredibly special time. We take away cell-phones for the weekend, we worship until late, we learn through workshops, we have fun games and meet so many new people. Keep us in your prayers as we plan this out!

AND FUNDRAISE!

$275 is a lot for your Youth – try to fundraise and lower their cost.

I’m here if you have any questions, concerns, whatever it may be!
We have 29 days to sign people up!
